AI Workshop Finder is a directory of AI workshops for small business owners. We collect as little as we can. This page explains what that is.

What we collect

Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we store your email address and the date you signed up so we can send the weekly list of workshops. We don't sell or rent it. Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.

Workshop submissions. If you submit a workshop, we store what you type into the form (title, link, date, location, host, cost and description). The workshop details are meant to be published on the site. We also keep a record of whether the submission was approved, held for review or declined.

Featured listing payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe sends us the checkout details we need to run the listing: the workshop link you enter, the amount, and the email address used at checkout. Stripe's own privacy policy covers the data it processes: stripe.com/privacy.

Link clicks. When someone clicks through to an organizer's registration page, we count the click against that listing (the listing, the time and the browser type, so we can filter out bots). We don't store names, email addresses or IP addresses with these counts. We use them to tell organizers how many people clicked their listing.

Email to us. If you write to hello@aiworkshopfinder.com, we keep your message so we can reply.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no tracking cookies and no selling of personal information. The site doesn't set cookies.

Service providers

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard web request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. Our database is hosted by Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe. When the newsletter starts sending, it will go through an email provider that stores subscriber addresses on our behalf.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, or to have a listing changed or removed, write to hello@aiworkshopfinder.com or AI Workshop Finder, PO Box 141, Centereach, NY 11720.

Event information

Workshop listings come from organizers' public event pages and from submissions. They describe events, not individual visitors. Organizers can ask us to correct or remove a listing at any time.
