Using the directory

AI Workshop Finder lists AI workshops run by other organizations. We don't run the events, sell tickets or guarantee that an event will happen as listed. Details come from organizers' public pages and can change, so always confirm the date, time, location and price on the organizer's page before you go.

Submitting a workshop

Listing a workshop is free. By submitting one, you confirm you're allowed to share its details and that they're accurate. Submissions are screened automatically. We may edit a listing for clarity, hold it for review, or decline or remove it, for example if it isn't an AI workshop for small business owners.

Featured listings ($49)

A featured listing costs $49, paid once through Stripe. It is not a subscription and doesn't renew. For 30 days from activation it pins your workshop at the top of the home page and its state or online page and gives it a highlighted card. Featured listings are always labeled "Featured".

Included: we write or clean up your listing (title, summary, date, time and place); on request we add your public events calendar to our daily check so your future workshops are listed automatically (listing only, not featured); and you get a private link to a click report showing how many people clicked from our site to your registration page during the featured period. The top spot in our weekly email will be added once the newsletter starts sending. It isn't part of the current offer.

Zero-click guarantee. If your featured listing records zero clicks to your registration page during its featured period, we refund the full $49. Clicks are counted when a visitor follows the listing's link from our site; automated traffic such as bots and link checkers isn't counted. Email us within 30 days after the featured period ends and we'll process the refund through Stripe.

Unused days roll over. If your workshop takes place before your 30 days are up, we move the remaining days to your next workshop listed on the site, at no charge. Email us with the next workshop's link.

Eligibility. Featured placement is only for workshops that teach AI to small business owners. If your workshop doesn't qualify, or we can't activate the placement, we refund you in full.

Featured placement means a more visible spot on this site. It doesn't promise any number of clicks, sign-ups or sales.
